My wealth of experience includes running kickoff meetings, requirements gathering, key stakeholder expectations management, schedule and budget implementation coordination, risk management/mitigation and executive level readouts. I am familiar with the entire project lifecycle and have also designed and implemented new business operations process. In short, I help business do what they do best and work with them to improve communication and accountability so that their business is more efficient.
