found--orange tabby kitten with fluffy tail

Came home tonight to discover a sweet orange tabby with the fluffiest tail who wants to adopt me. My current owner--a 16 year old grey tabby--is staunchly opposed. This kitten is clearly domesticated--so loving! But he needs neutering--very clearly a boy, if you get my meaning. Anyway, I'm looking for his rightful human or for a loving home for him.
